Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Aarogya collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our services. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
01. Data Collection
We collect only what's needed to personalize your experience: your menstrual cycle dates, daily symptom logs (mood, energy, sleep), and wellness preferences (diet type, goals, allergies). No name, address, or payment information is ever required.
02. How YOUR DATA IS STORED
All health and cycle data is stored in a secure, managed database with row-level security — meaning only you can ever read or modify your own records. Your profile preferences are also saved locally on your device. Data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections.
03. WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal health data with any third parties — ever. When generating AI meal or workout plans, only anonymous, non-identifying details (e.g. diet type, fitness goals) are sent to the AI model. Your cycle dates and symptom logs are never included in those requests.
04. YOUR RIGHTS
You have full control over your data. You can export all your logs at any time from the Settings menu. You can also delete your account and all associated data permanently at any time — this cannot be undone.
05. DATA RETENTION
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, all records — including cycle logs, symptom entries, and profile preferences — are permanently and irreversibly removed from our systems.
